Information about the university telephone network, access categories and service codes.
The University of Białystok telephone network is based on the Mitel MxOne digital telecommunications system. It serves university buildings located in different parts of the city. The main administration module is located in the Rectorate building on Świerkowa Street.
The system supports call accounting and call report generation. Reports are made available to authorized persons after an e-mail or telephone request to the ICT Infrastructure Department.
Access categories
- Category I — internal university calls only (4-digit numbers).
- Category II — additionally local and national calls.
- Category III — additionally calls to mobile networks.
- Category IV — unrestricted access.
Access rights are granted or changed on the basis of a written request from the head/director of the organizational unit.
